1. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Returns are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery, along with photo or video proof of the issue.
  • Once the issue is verified and approved, a replacement will be arranged within 3–5 business days, subject to product availability.
  • Replacement will be deliverd within 6 to 7 days.
  • If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be initiated.
  • 2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • In case of a prepaid order cancellation before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded.
  • 3. Refund Policy

    Refunds are applicable only for:

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch.
  • Approved return cases where replacement is not possible.
  • Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, bank account, or wallet) within 7 to 8 business days from the date of approval.
  • In case of any delay beyond this period, please contact your payment provider or bank for further assistance.

    4. Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return or replacement.
  • We reserve the right to reject claims that do not comply with the above conditions.
